The approved share-ready release plan is implemented and tracked in RELEASE-CHECKLIST.md. This document supersedes prototype-era experiment descriptions.
- Simple Home and circular OTJT path share the selected cosmetic pack. No city or editor appears in production.
- Optional tool acquisition, ordinary advancement at two stars, tool rewards at three stars, independent branches and no-bypass Separation rules remain.
- Keep authored identities immutable after publication; use revisioned identities for changed tests. Preserve historical saves, equipment, currency and paid records.
- Browser-local saves, export/import and illustrated virtual supplies remain the defaults. No required analytics, accounts, real-money purchases or new lore system.
- Movement and physical toys follow the Portals, Domino and Ramp contracts in the approved plan; initial square and rectangular support is explicit.
- Starter palettes stay quiet; material packs can have elaborate textures. Cosmetics preserve mechanics, live data, meaningful state distinctions, focus and reduced motion.
- All 19 cosmetic concepts are drafted. The creator selected the four starters, Overhead, WIP Cart and Lunch Break for finishing first. Remaining concepts stay unpublished until selected.
- Review with actual screenshots, component sheets, exact puzzle evidence and short demonstrations. Do not require a campaign playthrough from the creator.
- Keep frequent development on the existing workflow. Migrate the stable candidate to anonymous Cloudflare Static Assets at rearrangements.app, preserving origin and storage keys with rollback available.
Historical decisions and abandoned alternatives are preserved in archive/docs/DESIGN-through-prototype28.md.
